Arrival and departure policies

Arrival: from 3:00 pm.

Departure: 12:00 pm (plus one hour of grace).

Late check out: until 6:00 pm, with a charge of 50% of the room rate. After 6:00 pm, 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Free cancellation · low season

You may cancel without penalty up to 15 days before your arrival.

Free cancellation · high season

You may cancel without penalty up to 30 days before your arrival. High season includes: Day of the Dead, Guelaguetza, Christmas, long weekends and public holidays.

Late cancellation and No Show

In case of late cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.

Terms and conditions

• Published rates do not include taxes (16% VAT, 3% lodging tax).
• Rates are per room, per night, single or double occupancy.
• European Plan rate (accommodation only, meals not included).
• The hotel is a 100% smoke-free establishment; smoking is not allowed in the rooms.
• Late check out subject to availability.
